Thanksgiving 2011
I am thankful for Family, the Gospel, health, and for the many opportunities we enjoy in our lives. Specifically, thank you, Seth for being my guide, host, and friend during my trip to New York City. Thank you, Jasmine, Keila, Jason, Eric, Peter, and others for being friends to Seth. Thank you Adam & Karen for being there for me and holding my hand through my journeys. Thank you Dave, Dana, Brian & Callie for hosting me and going the extra miles. And, thank you, Lupe, for delaying our 36th anniversary in order for me to have my little adventure.
I can almost say that I touched the four corners of the connected USA: San Diego, Jacksonville, NYC, and Sacramento. Here are some photos from New York and New Jersey.

Veterans Day 2011.
I've been thinking of our US veterans with a grateful heart this day.
You can't see them, but I'm wearing my dad's fatigue pants from World War II. He was part of Americas Greatest Generation. The shirt is my own from my days at Fort Ord.
I wanted to document where I was and what I was doing at this interesting calendar moment. After this photo, I changed into work clothes and trimmed our western hedge in the front, where all was quiet.
