¡Felices Fiestas Pátrias!


We celebrated the 28th of July on the 31st, because San Diego's newest Peruvian eatery is only open Thursday through Sunday. The lomo saltado was worth the wait!

Actually, there was only one Peruvian at the table: Don Simón. As of three weeks ago, when Daniel raised his hand in the oath of of citizenship, everybody else in these pictures is a United States citizen!
