New School Year
This is my school picture from this fall. You can barely notice my hearing aids, and you wouldn't know my right bicuspid is a partial denture. Neither does the image reveal the bio-compatible artificial parts in my leg, abdomen, and ear. In other words, I need help to see, hear, chew, walk, and digest. To whom might I compare myself? The Six Million Dollar Man? Darth Vadar? Frankenstein's monster? You choose!

Hey Brad!
I found your blog here - good to see things are going well. And CONGRATS on your retirement a couple of months ago. Now that we are both attached to CIVPAC, we can see much more objectively how things were in our units. I hear bits and pieces from OPEN SOURCES, so I guess it's reasonably reliable. I miss the camaraderie and the intense work - I'd do it all over in a heartbeat. Again congrats on your transfer to CIVPAC. From one 'enlisted to the heart' guy to another :)take care.
